Recently staff from the Matty K Travel Group were invited to visit, tour and experience Hard Rock Punta Cana. We would like to start by thanking the amazing team at AIC especially our BDM Ellyn Gerstel. There is no better way for our team to pair our clients with the perfect vacation without experiencing it first hand. From the moment we checked in until we said our goodbye's, things were amazing.
Checkin
Start by having a seat while they bring you a warm or cold towel to wash your hands and or face. You are treated like a Rock Star from the moment you arrive.
Have an espresso or cocktail while you get checked in a registered.
Our Room
We each stayed in a Caribbean Suite which measures in at approx 700sq ft.

We cannot forget an incredibly comfortable Bed
In Room Fridge with water, beer, juice, Liquor dispenser and the most important Nespresso Machine
FOOD!!!!
We have to talk the food. As a New York Agency we are spoiled with our choices of gourmet food and we understand that not everyone's palate can be satisfied all the time. With that being said, We thought the food was fantastic. From the breakfast and lunch buffet at Ciao to the Hibachi, and the Pizza!!! True Napoleon Style Pizza. We admit its not like being in Rome or NYC but it came real Close. The Fresh Pasta making station as seen below making fresh linguine and fresh ravioli!!! Very impressed.

Unfortunately We did not get as many pictures as we would have liked of Lunch but it was awesome.
The Property
It is no secret that the property at Hard Rock Punta Cana is huge. It can easily be walked with flat surface that make those with disabilities or strollers smile.
Trolley Service is available every 5-10 minutes and will take you around the property. Need something more exclusive? Rent a golf cart by the day to really feel like a Rock Star.
